All products sold under this category are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery.

Return Eligibility (Only for Damaged Products)
A return request will be accepted only if:
The product received is physically damaged, defective, or not in usable condition at the time of delivery.
Return Request Requirements
To process a return request for a damaged product, you must provide the following:
Clear photo(s) showing the damage
Video proof while opening the package (unboxing video)
Order details, including order number and date
Without proof, we will not be able to process the return request.
Return Request Timeframe
You must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Return Process
Submit photos/videos and order details to our support team at contact@varam.shop
Our team will verify the issue.
If approved:
A replacement will be sent, or
Refund will be processed (as applicable).
If rejected due to insufficient proof, the product will not be eligible for return.
Non-Eligible Conditions
Returns will not be approved if:
The product is intact and undamaged.
There is no photo/video proof.
Damage is due to mishandling after delivery.
The request is made after the allowed timeframe.
