No Return Policy

  • All products sold under this category are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery.

  • Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility (Only for Damaged Products)

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged, defective, or not in usable condition at the time of delivery.

Return Request Requirements

To process a return request for a damaged product, you must provide the following:

  • Clear photo(s) showing the damage

  • Video proof while opening the package (unboxing video)

  • Order details, including order number and date

Without proof, we will not be able to process the return request.

Return Request Timeframe

  • You must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Process

  2. Our team will verify the issue.

  3. If approved:

    • A replacement will be sent, or

    • Refund will be processed (as applicable).

  4. If rejected due to insufficient proof, the product will not be eligible for return.

Non-Eligible Conditions

Returns will not be approved if:

  • The product is intact and undamaged.

  • There is no photo/video proof.

  • Damage is due to mishandling after delivery.

  • The request is made after the allowed timeframe.
